These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and bookarlo (owned and operated by [Insert Legal Entity Name, e.g., Bookarlo Digital Services Pvt. 1. The Nature of Our Service

bookarlo operates as an aggregator and intermediary. We do not own, operate, or provide the actual flight transportation, accommodation, or event services. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating the booking process and providing a platform through which you can search, compare, and book services offered by third-party suppliers, including airlines, event organizers, and other travel providers ("Suppliers").

Crucially, the contract for the flight, event ticket, or other service is between you and the respective Supplier. Your use of any service booked via bookarlo is subject to the Supplier's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any rules and restrictions, which may cover areas such as check-in, baggage allowance, cancellation policies, and liability. We strongly advise you to review these documents before confirming any booking.

2. Booking, Pricing, and Payment

A. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process, including names (which must match passport/ID exactly), dates, times, and destinations, are accurate and complete. Errors may result in booking cancellation or denial of service by the Supplier, for which bookarlo assumes no liability.

B. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are provided to bookarlo by the Suppliers and are highly dynamic. While we strive for absolute accuracy, prices and inventory can change rapidly between the time of search and the moment of booking confirmation. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from bookarlo AND the Supplier has processed the payment and issued a ticket or voucher.

C. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method. bookarlo is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or credit card provider.

3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

A. Governing Policies

All requests for cancellations, modifications, or refunds are governed entirely by the specific fare rules, terms, and policies of the respective Supplier. These policies vary significantly and are often highly restrictive, particularly for promotional or economy fares.

B. Our Fee Structure

In addition to any penalties or charges imposed by the Supplier, bookarlo reserves the right to charge a service fee for processing any cancellation, modification, or refund request. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the Supplier's decision.

C. Refund Processing

If a refund is due, bookarlo will process the request after receiving the funds from the Supplier. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account is dependent on the Supplier's processing time and your bank's procedures, and may take several weeks. bookarlo cannot expedite this process.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platform, including through the introduction of viruses or malicious code.
• Harvesting or collecting any personally identifiable information from the Platform without express consent.
• Systematically scraping or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

A. Platform "As Is"

The Platform and all content, services, and products provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bookarlo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

B. Third-Party Service

bookarlo shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event, or other cause beyond our direct control.

C. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall bookarlo (or its directors, employees, or affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, display of, or use of the Platform or with the delay or inability to access, display, or use the Platform (including, but not limited to, your reliance upon opinions appearing on this Platform; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this Platform; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of, or use of this Platform).

If, notwithstanding the limitation above, bookarlo is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then the liability of bookarlo will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you paid to bookarlo in connection with such transaction(s) on this Platform, or (b) One Hundred US Dollars (USD $100.00).

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
